Being Bad-Ass in Brazilian
I actually have my own personal Martial Art that I call
“Quaker Karate.” This is completely non-aggressive and
involves learning (to Black Belt standard) only the Karate
screams (to intimidate your attacker), but no moves that
could actually be described as a form of physical exercise.
